Even though sports have been part of my life since I was 12 years old in the form of competitive swimming, I haven’t been fit and healthy all of my life. I did go through a phase of being unhealthy and inactive in my teenage years. I had to work very hard on my mindset and my physical fitness to get back to a fitter and healthier life as an adult which taught me a lot of how it feels to be working towards fitness goals.
Everything I learned through that journey plays a huge role in how I approach my clients and how we work together to achieve whatever goals they want to reach.
